Sutter Gould Medical Foundation to conduct free Community Health and Safety Fairs in Stockton and Lodi

STOCKTON – Sutter Gould Medical Foundation (SGMF) announced today that they will be holding free community health and safety fairs at two of their medical facilities in Stockton and Lodi this Fall.

The fairs will take place Saturday, September 27th, in the parking lot of Sutter Gould Medical Foundation’s Stockton Medical Plaza, 2505 W. Hammer Lane in Stockton and Saturday, October 11th at their Kettleman Care Center, 1335 S. Fairmont Avenue in Lodi. The events are scheduled to run from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

The Stockton event is part of the Stockton Medical Plaza’s second anniversary celebration. Due to the success of last year’s event, the Lodi location has been added.

These free community events will provide information about various health topics, personal and community safety, fire safety, car seats, child ID programs, and injury prevention.

There will be many fun activities, including a bicycle rodeo for children. Children are encouraged to bring their bicycles for a free bicycle inspection.

Information will be provided by Sutter Gould’s health education department in addition to a variety of community health and safety organizations. Free health screenings will also be provided
